Our Story
Roman & Co was created by two brothers with a shared passion for business, marketing, and startups.
After years of working across tech, eCommerce, healthcare, and retail, from early-stage startups to global companies, we saw the same pattern: most brands struggle not because of execution, but because of positioning and strategic clarity.
We founded Roman & Co to bridge that gap.

Călin leads strategy with a strong focus on positioning, consumer psychology, and performance.
With experience across tech startups, healthcare, eCommerce, and retail, he combines market intelligence with hands-on execution to design growth systems that are both creative and measurable.
He works at the intersection of narrative, data, and behavior.
Head of Performance
Alex oversees performance strategy and growth systems.
He builds and optimizes acquisition funnels, paid campaigns, and tracking infrastructures that drive scalable results. Focused on metrics, experimentation, and efficiency, he ensures every marketing decision is backed by data.
